How to submit a case
- Digital Prescription form – this is the most efficient way to submit a case. After associating your scanner with our laboratory, you simply complete the prescription in an online form, noting down the Scan ID number on the form, or you can extract the scan files and upload with the online form.
- You can use the scanner software to send your prescription details in the special instructions/notes.
- Complete the PDF prescription form for the specific product and email to contact@eocalab.com or send via WhatsApp.

7 – 10 working days depending on device and material. We recommend allowing 2 weeks between appointments.
Yes. Our lab is totally digital and we accept files from all major scanners including iTero, 3Shape Trios, Medit, Carestream and Sirona’s Primescan. We accept any digital scan in STL format.
